I am a AVON Rep and i can tell you that you dont have to sign up for MARK in order to sell it!! An AVON rep can sell mark as well!! MARK has awesome products but is not as well known as AVON.

Avon would be better. I hardly ever sell Mark, but sell plenty of Avon. You can also sell Mark with Avon, but can't sell Avon if you sign up with just Mark.
I sell both. I have better luck with Avon.
