Is cosmetic surgery safe?

i'm wanting a chemical peel and in a few years (after two more kids, or before i get married) i want a breast uplift. i've also been thinking about a tummy tuck but that'll be in at least 10 years. are they safe?Is cosmetic surgery safe?
of course it's unsafe. just tone your body up with excersize! Is cosmetic surgery safe?
All surgery comes with a certain amount of risk, but you can help yourself by doing plenty of research. There are some horror stories out there, so when you start looking into it, don't just go for the cheapest option. Ask your surgeon to provide photos of the work he has done and the credentials he has, and look on the internet for details of his reputation. Make sure you ask plenty of questions about recovery and what you can expect. You need to have 100% faith in your surgeon - if at any point you don't feel comfortable with him, take some time to think about whether this particular clinic is for you.
I went for a consultation for rhinoplasty about 5 years ago. I had all my research done and thought about everything for years beforehand. Yet my to be surgeon handed me a photocopied printout of all the things that can and do go wrong during cosmetic surgery procedures. 1. Infection 2. blood loss 3. mild to severe scarring 4. DEATH.....ya, that's right........DEATH.....forget surgery.....waste of time and money.
There is a risk with all types of surgery.

You will need to discuss the risks with your surgeon.

Make sure you go to a reliable surgery as there are quite alot of horror stories.
with any surgery there is always a risk, but if cosmetic surgery was that bad and unsfe people would not have it done

Of course its not. Every surgery comes with risks. Its whether you want to take that risk.
A chemical peel can take up to 6 months to heal. In the meantime you may look like Freddie Krugger. You are better off with laser resurfacing or filler injections.

A breast lift %26amp; tummy tuck will be safe only if you go to a plastic surgeon.

A cosmetic surgeon is just a GP who may have done as little as a weekend course.

A Plastic Surgeon has done an minimum of 8 years training/studying on top of their medical degree.

They both cost around the same, but the plastic surgeon is the better option by far. Do your research, have as many different consultations with as many surgeons as you like. Pick the one you are comfortable with %26amp; make an informed decision.

Edit: In the meantime you may want to try microdermabrasion for your skin. It will exfoliate %26amp; suck up all the dead skin cells %26amp; unclog all your pores. That will change your skin dramatically %26amp; stop your breakouts : )
