Is it safe to have two separate cosmetic surgery procedures within a week?

Hi my friend is travelling to Europe in a few weeks to get Rhinoplasty and a breast enlargement. She says that the company refuse to do both on under the same anaesthetic and therefore has had to book in for two procedures in a week. I am worried that this isn't safe as she is going to have to undergo general anaesthetic twice in such a short space of time. I'm worried she is going to put herself in danger by doing this. I can't seem to find any other info about this on the net, however, I am aware of people getting two lots of surgery under the same anaesthetic.
