Jesus Christmas I'm fat and getting fatter. Would any cosmetic surgery be safe for me?

cosmetic surgery like liposuction or a stomach stapling? Also, I'm one of those geeks who only worked out back in gym class in high school.Jesus Christmas I'm fat and getting fatter. Would any cosmetic surgery be safe for me?
You should love your body for what you have. Don't be so harsh to say that if your fat you need surgery or to immediately get rid of it. Try healthy dieting first, cut out soda, chips and any junk food. Go for a fast paced 30 minute walk, while listening to your favorite music. There are a lot of risks in going into surgery without considering it fully, also it is very expensive. Add some healthy elements into your lifestyle, and watch your weight decline. If you really think weight loss is a problem with your health, talk to your doctor about some resolutions. You only have one life, so don't fret about being fat and just enjoy yourself.Jesus Christmas I'm fat and getting fatter. Would any cosmetic surgery be safe for me?
Hey.. did you know surgery can be very dangerous? Kanye West's mother died the day after she had plastic surgery.. On the news the other night woman got a tummy tuck from a scammer/fraud/whatever you want to call it, He was a famous plastic surgeon, and her tummy tuck fell out THREE TIMES. You should really just diet and excercize. You may be wasting 30 grand on a fraud surgeon!
Is there the possibility that you really need to take a walk? Any exercise it better than none. Set aside a few minutes a day and walk around in the park. Eventually, you'll be walking up to an hour each day. See the world for real, instead of looking thru the electronic window! If the weather is poor, save the time and take a longer walk the next day.
Providing the surgery is done by a real medical doctor (please check out his or her credentials!), these procedures are probably no more risky than any other abdominal surgery.

What you need to know is that those are both temporary solutions. If you don't modify your lifestyle to eat a better diet and get the proper amount of exercise, you will gain back the weight you lost.

Liposuction only removes some fat that is easily accessible. It doesn't stop you from continuing to gain weight.

Any of the bariatric procedures (e.g. ';stomach stapling';) can be defeated easily, if you don't discipline yourself. So your new stomach only holds an ounce? What's to stop you from drinking milkshakes all day, an ounce at a time? Nothing!

The only truly safe and effective way to permanent weight loss is to eat less, eat better quality food, and exercise more. Please consult your doctor for advice on how to start. If he or she can't (or won't) help you, go to your nearest gym and sign up with a personal trainer. Many of them are experts in diet and fitness.
Surgery is dangerous and should only be done as a last resort. You need to try diet and exercise first.
